Shipping policy
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Processing times
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During particularly busy periods, product launches or promotions, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
UK delivery
Our standard UK delivery service usually takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard UK delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout.
We currently offer:
Standard Delivery – £3.95
Orders of £40 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.
Any available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by the delivery carrier and may take a short time to become active.
Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Delayed or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information first.
If you believe your parcel has been lost or there is a problem with the delivery, contact us at:

and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
We may introduce international delivery in the future as Relentless Elite Performance grows.
