How It Works

  • 1. Tell Us About Your Event

Complete our enquiry form with your event date, estimated quantity and any ideas or artwork you already have.

  • 2. Discuss Your Design

We’ll work with you on the medal style, size, finish, ribbon and artwork to make sure the design suits your event.

  • 3. Approve Your Quote

Once we’ve confirmed your requirements, we’ll provide a tailored quotation and finalise the artwork before manufacturing begins.

  • 4. Manufacture & Deliver

Once everything is approved, your medals are manufactured and delivered ready for race day.

No Final Design Yet? No Problem

You don’t need finished artwork to get started. Your medal idea can be based on an AI-generated image, a rough sketch, a hand-drawn design, or even just a simple concept. We can work with your inspiration and help turn it into a bespoke medal design for your event.
